"The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. "

"We happed to stay during a local food festival! The Sea aquarium, Pirates of the Caribbean ship along with the festival were right outside the hotel! Easy and fun!!"

"Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location. Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity. Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host! Would be more than happy to recommend. "

"Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely. If I ever go back to Como (which is likely!) than I will only consider staying here. Cannot recommend it highly enough."

"This hotel is in an excellent location! Shops, food, the lake, the funicular - all just steps away; that's why I chose it. And don't miss out on any of it; there was a DJ dance party at the top of the funiculare, and I happened across a lindy hop at a nearby piazza walking back from the funiculare. Such vibrancy! And our room was so comfortable. I could even hear Tosca being performed live from our veranda one evening! Plus, what everyone says about breakfast is true - delicious! Fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, and more. I loved it. And I also recommend heading to Villa del Balbianello & Bellagio. Take me back to Como!!!! "

"This apartment was perfect for our three-night stay. It is in an amazing location right beside the beautiful Duomo, very handy to excellent shopping and just a couple of blocks’ walk from the lake front, ticket office, ferries and funicular. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a spacious, separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a third person. It is on the 3rd/4th floor (so try not to bring too much heavy luggage!) above a quaint restaurant and has a nice outlook on to the street. The bathroom is small, as you would expect in an inner-city apartment, but it has everything you need. The staff are fantastic to deal with - Elisabetta was always very responsive to our messages and the guy who came to check us out and refresh the apartment for the next guests did all he could to help us try to call a taxi to San Giovanni station. (FYI, in the end, we had to give up and run through town with all our bags to avoid missing our train. It’s usually only a 15-min walk across town, and a really nice walk, too, but we couldn’t get an Uber and there were no cabs at the nearby ‘office’. Como Lago station is really close to the apartment so consider taking a train to/from there if you have a lot to carry. Otherwise, try to book a cab in advance.) Overall, we had an amazing time in Como and loved staying at Le Stanze del Lago! We definitely recommend it."

"Very nice hotel centrally located in Como. Very convenient to many restaurants and only a few blocks from the lake and the ferry, ferry ticket office, and the small boat pier. Room was comfortable, air conditioned, with very nice bathroom features. The breakfast had a good selection of choices, some fresh fruit, good coffee. Staff was very friendly and professional. The quick access to the lakefront was greatly appreciated."

"there is no A/C, super noisy between 22.00 - 24.00 on a street. Sleeping bed very inconvenient. But nice kitchen, super convenient location. To buy tickets on a boat, be online at 7.30 At 8 am it will be 200 people before you. Visit only Belagio on a speed boat and spend more time there. Como City itself super nice and need 1 day to visit min."
