the staff were great, we had some noisy people next door at like 5am and the staff came up to deal with that sadly that didnt stop them being just as noise
so we asked to move rooms and the staff were very helpful in getting us sorted the rest of the nights were very peaceful nights of sleep

The hotel is outdated. The bathrooms need renovation. The balcony was dirty and full of bird droppings. The beds were very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The rooms were filled with all the noise from the hallway because the doors were gaping. At night, you could hear the screams of people returning from a party, which made it difficult to sleep.
