Francesco e Antonio, i due ragazzi giovani al bar, sono stati una vera gioia: sempre cordiali, attenti e pieni di energia. Manuela è stata eccezionale, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande disponibilità e cuore. La nostra cameriera, Jovanna, è stata fantastica. La stanza era sempre impeccabile – gentile, premurosa e davvero perfetta. Alla reception, Antonio è stato molto professionale e calmo, mentre Domenico ha reso semplice l’estensione del soggiorno. Nadia è stata preziosa, sempre pronta ad aiutarci con efficienza e sorriso. Impossibile non menzionare Giuseppe e Roberto – due veri gioielli. Giuseppe è stato paziente, disponibile e gentilissimo. E Roberto ci ha fatto ridere ogni giorno, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il Grand President non è solo un hotel: è un luogo accogliente, dove le persone ci mettono davvero il cuore. "We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. "

"A great historic property, that was tastefully modernized yet maintained the character of its location and origins. Property was a short walk from the bus station and cable cars and an ideal spot for navigating Taormina’s sites and offerings. The staff was friendly and provided a great concierge service recommending and arranging travel, dinner reservations and sites. The morning breakfast was fantastic providing a full fare of local cuisine. The property was relaxing, safe and beautiful…. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the coast. Couldn’t be more pleased with the stay. Definitely would revisit."

"This hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. Our son got sick while we were there and they were extremely kind and helped us line up a doctor’s visit. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Taormina."

"My stay was on Saturday, so it could be different on other days of the week, but the area close to the hotel is like Las Vegas Strip with hundreds of people walking and shouting, cars honking, and bikes revving till late night. And there is almost none sound insulation, so if you go to bed early, there's no chance to sleep. Moreover, if you are at 3rd floor you can hear screech of chairs scraping in the restaurant/cocktail bar at 4th. Another disadvantage is the lack of kettle in the room. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with a great view on the sea, varied breakfast (though, strangely, there's no orange juice!), and an underground parking (it's next to impossible to park on the street)."

"The hotel is a couples retreat with a fabulous private spa experience available complete with 2 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and your own bottle of Prosecco and fruit! The breakfast in the courtyard was charming with a tremendous assortment to choose from! The valet parking is rare for a city hotel so getting in and out is very easy! The bathroom is our room was a modern artistic wonder! Easily the best I have seen in Sicily at this price! The staff look after every need with great pride and attention. The Duomo is 3 blocks aways with over 100 hundred food and beverage options! This is easily the best couple's romantic retreat at this price on Sicily. A small boutique hotel who is going to turn heads! I highly recommend this property!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this property our room was a little weird... room 35 its shaped oddly like an old fashion attic and unfortunately it was under the kitchen or at least close because we could hear the all breakfast preparations and dishes clanking. Other than that we loved it. We would go back. Front desk staff was very helpful with things to do and places to eat."
