We also enjoyed the swimming pool as the temperature was very hot during our vacation in Italy. The beaches in Gianola and Formia are a few minutes away (by car) as well as the beautiful city of Gaeta.

"My biggest issue was the cold shower at 10pm...one of the staff blamed it on the water heater. The interior of the B&B was not heated (in November). Most of the staff were far from friendly. The 8 euro breakfast consisted of something like banana bread and instant cappuccino out of a machine.

We were charged 10 dollars for 1 day breakfast for 2 people, which was disappointing because breakfast is very limited, mostly pastries and only 1 type of bread for toast. No healthy options other than some yogurt. The room was nice and clean but the beds very uncomfortable. "This hotel is well-located and easily-walkable to little shops and cafes. The price was fair for the room (and breakfast!) and we got a room with a balcony which was lovely. The staff was all super helpful and even accomodated our strange requests including helping me figure out how to use the washer/dryer. Thanks so much for a nice stay!"

"You are literally on the beach. It’s a gorgeous cove. Service is excellent. The food is good and delivered to you in a picnic box while you sit in your chaise lounge under your umbrella on the beach. This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Highly recommend. "

"We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We brought our dog who had lots of space to run around, and Luigi made sure we had a pack and play for our 14 month old already in the room when we came. The room itself was decent sized with its own patio and private entrance. The breakfast was great and it is served in a beautiful room surrounded by glass overlooking the pool, which overlooks the ocean. We will definitely be going back!"

Our room was beautiful, large, clean, and the bathroom was very nice and newly refurbished it seemed. The view was amazing! The sliding blinds were a really good touch so we could have the doors open. The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good! Breakfast is continental as expected, minimal choice but enough. We checked out and I took some time in garden. Beautiful for celebration events too.
Before we left we ordered an espresso out front (an unexpected complimentary from the manager) Thank you and we will return on our next travels.😊"

Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay! "

"This Bed & Breakfast was the best we’ve ever been to. The view was incredible, the infinity pool beautiful, and the room so clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely recommend to others. Getting to the property is a drive up a steep cliff but really with only one curve that is ok if you’re ready for it. I would recommend contacting the property to find out exactly how to get there and not just rely on GPS because you’ll lose service. But it’s absolutely worth it! "
