"This a trendy well located city hotel. Rooms are not huge but large enough. Bed was on the firm side, but that's what I like. Air con welcomed. Bathroom well specced. Chilled filtered water tap on lift lobby to fill up your chilly bottle. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choice and great capacinos on request. Very trendy place. Loved it and so close for shopping area and restaurants and the castle and the cathedral are all walking distance. "

1. The exhaust in the bathroom was not working.

"Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down!
Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note that I believe this is student accommodation and there was some loud noise during the night but overall we had a pleasant time here and would likely stay again 🙂"

You can walk to the Duomo and most of historic. Put walking shoes on as it's an easy walk but a solid 30 mins or more but a nice walk. Would stay again "

Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it"
