"Amazing and super clean. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again. Family suite was nice. Rooms next to one another with a tiny hallway adjoining. Great breakfast. "
"Excellence property and location. Easy to get to and wonderful visit. Lovely 5 pm champagne toast nightly. Beautiful included breakfast and nightly turndown service is the best! Will always stay here in Florence!"
"I felt that the hotel was exceptional for what it offered and the price. The staff were super helpful. We had great service. The rooms were very nice for a European hotel. Our stay came
With a continental breakfast which was great. We really liked the location in Florence proper. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk. I will stay there again when we come back to Florence."
"Excellent place that's good value for money in Pisa. The rooms are well kept, the staff friendly, and the bars are nice to sit down in after a long day. The gym is also worth visiting.
The views from the roof bar of Florence must be seen to be believed. "
"The staff was really friendly and helpful. The area was also good. Close to everything and walking distance to many attractions. Overall it was very good. "
"The top floor terrace faces the Duomo and Santa Croce, giving a spectacular view of the city lit up at night. The food was very good -- some fun, unique menu items. The staff was friendly & helpful.
The only reason the couple of areas that I gave fours were that the room was on the small side, and there was some construction going on along the river -- not the hotel's fault, obviously -- that blocked the view of the river and made the area just in front look a bit industrial. Again, not their fault; just wanted to leave a heads-up that until construction is complete, the area around the property won't be as charming as I assume is usual."
"Amazing hotel. You’re 2 mins walk from the Duomo. We stayed in the suites which were nicely presented. The breakfast is 100% homemade, cakes, jams, marmalades. Very friendly staff. I’m not sure if there was a restaurant but you’re a short walk away from many. "
"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Leiann and Carla were lovely breakfast service staff and made the best coffees with the friendliest smiles. We were very happy with the staff and service at this hotel! "
"Alazme was absolutely the best receptionist ever! She was so warm, understanding and welcoming. We loved the breakfast and the staff there too. Room was a bit small for 4 but we made it work. "
"My stay at the Globus Urban Hotel fit my needs perfectly. It was close to the train station. My room was clean. The staff was friendly and suggested a wonderful restaurant Trattoria Za Za that was excellent and only a short 2 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "
"The Hotel was perfect. All the staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The Consierge, Lorenzo, particularly so. The hotel accommodation was spotless. The location was great and within walking distance of the museums, Duomo and galleries.

"only problem was a/c- and it was the hotest Florence had been in years. The rooftop bar was excellent. Great people, the staff was pleasant and attentive. Go there!"
"Our stay at Hotel Calimala was nothing short of incredible. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and some of the city’s most elegant shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city effortless.
The hotel itself was immaculately clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional. What truly set it apart, though, was the service. Gemma was exceptional - warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Hotel Calimala will definitely be our go-to in Florence."
"From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed.
My room was nice and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay.
Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated—close to city center and 10 min walk from Train station. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, it’s the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. Truly exceeded my expectations.
I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. This hotel goes above and beyond in every aspect. They provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and bars. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay. "
"What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with a comprehensive selection and amazing coffee. Would 10 of 10 stay again and again! "
"Upside is that breakfast was included. Dinner menu was limited in choice. There were no lighter options. For example; salad, charcuterie board. The gardens and view are spectacular. The walls are surprisingly thin. I could clearly hear people’s conversations as well other activities. Air conditioning was working well which was appreciated during the warm days. Shuttle service has 2 drops off locations. Michael Angelo (great sunset) and the second location brings you within 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Bring good walking shoes ! "
"We loved the place, the room and meeting Valeria on the reception. She was like human encyclopedia. She knew everything about Firenze's history and many hidden information and places that you wouldn't find on Internet. She was super welcoming and gave us so may tips to make our trip better. Thank you for everything ❤️ Also to the rest of the staff for your kindness 🙏 and the great service."
