"Very nice, new looking hotel, close to the center of the city, walking distance. There is an underground Parking garage across the street about 300 ft away. Very clean rooms, mini fridge, good water pressure. Breakfast was included and very good and tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Friday night, the plaza next to the hotel was very lively with groups chatting and drinking, but no noise issues. Definitely recommend to stay."

"This hotel is blessed with an incredible location, across the streets from several cafes and Roman ruins. The hotel is certainly not a luxury establishment but is very reasonably priced and definitely comfortable enough. The air conditioning worked very well in our room as well which was definitely a need. The staff are very friendly and approachable as well!"

"I had to unexpectedly stay another night in Thessaloniki and booked the Zenith Hotel at the last minute. We had a junior suite, which was incredibly stylish and comfortable, as well as a great price. The design of the hotel and rooms is great (I would suggest installing shelves by the bathroom sink) The hotel is also right in the city center, one block from the waterfront. There is a parking garage a half block from the hotel. The front desk staff was incredible during check in and check out. Sophia kindly printed a document for me and even put it in a plastic sleeve for protection I will definitely stay here again "

"The Hotel is one of the first very good hotels in Thessaloniki. The location is very good. Right next to the train station and to the metro station, and if someone likes walking, the he/she can always walk towards the city center and discover the city! The room was big and very clean! The isolation though is not the best, but it was nothing extreme to be honest, we still had quiet nights and we slept well! The staff was professional, client-oriented and friendly. Swimming pool was nice and i appreciated that there was a lifeguard! Especially the food at the pool bar was delicious! Breakfast was also very good and there was a variety of food to satisfy everyone! "

"Fantastic 1st stay at Ikos. Beautiful hotel, fantastic choice of food and drinks at several restaurants. Our favourites were the Beach Club, Ouzo and Anaya. Staff were brilliant, always very helpful and polite. Rooms were great, we had Junior Suite with sea view in Block 1, one of the rooms did have an unpleasant smell, I think from the air conditioning, however we didn’t mention this so we can’t really complain. If I was being really picky I would say the drinks on the beach are served in plastic beakers due to safety I would imagine, and soft drinks never seamed to be fizzy on the beach. The regular beach server Bruno was tremendous and worked so hard, however when he was on day off the service was nowhere near as good or frequent. The only real issue we had was people leaving towels on sunbeds. They would lay them on beds early and then not come to the beach for a few hours. There is a rule that they towels will be removed after 30mins but this doesn’t seem to be enforced. The most frustrating thing was couples securing 4 beds with towels and only using 2, probably to prevent people lying close to them. All in all we had a brilliant stay at Ikos and would love to try another Ikos resort."

"I was pleasantly surprised - it was close to the bus stop which at night was important for me as a female alone - the room was basic but nice and clean and the bathroom was new - breakfast was also good and staff friendly - have no complaints and would stay again"
