We were told that we were lucky he was available even though the instructions said to meet him and I called to say when we were arriving . There was no shuttle from the ferry port like the hotels.com listing said l, also water was not availed in unit like listing said . We had to ask for extra toilet paper...

It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we got out of the airport to the moment we left on the bus to the ferry port, all thanks to this beautiful family owned boutique hotel. The airport transfer was quick and pickup was easy. The gentleman who met us at dropoff to help us with our luggage was so sweet and you can see how hard he works. He also helped us bring our luggage to the bus terminal! The staff at reception was super helpful and efficient with all my requests. The room was very clean and perfect. Last but not least, the view! We stayed in rm 201 and the view of the caldera is just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Pictures do not do it justice! If I go back to Santorini, I will be booking this hotel again!"

The staff took care of the proposal with confidence and had everything in place for our arrival. The oasis suite was the most incredible room/suite we have ever stayed in. - The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a very comfortable bed.
- Our terrace had a hot tub, table and sun beds which were located down a few steps (we loved this as it was a bit more private) and the view was incredible! Clear, wide and unobstructed views of the caldera. It looked like most of the terraces for the rooms (including ours) were not completely private - as you walk through the property, you can see a lot of the terraces, however the hotel felt very exclusive and quiet, so guests and staff only walked by occasionally.

- Breakfast was ample and delicious - you preorder the day before and confirm the time you want to have it. It’s served in the restaurant or to your room for a fee.
- The main pool is lovely and a decent size. It’s worth noting that it’s quite deep with no “shallow” end. The very edge of the pool is the most shallow at just below 1.5 meters and then it quickly gets deeper.
The only minor issue was the AC unit making a loud clicking noise every so often throughout the night which was not ideal for us as we are sensitive sleepers. However, we loved the hotel and had a wonderful stay. If we ever come to Imerovigli again, we'd definitely stay here!"
