"Loved this hotel, surpassed expectations. Large spacious room and bathroom, beautiful decor, excellent location but the best part was the staff. They were ever friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Laurence (? My spelling may be off.. apologies) at the front desk … Superb. "

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs. Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive. If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place. "

"Great place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean and also serviced daily. Location is ideal, only a couple of minutes walk from the main part of the town, whilst being very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Really can’t fault this hotel at all! We hope to stay again in the future."

"A great location only seconds away from Port Vieux beach yet set on a quiet road. The hosts Stephanie & Thierry are super helpful. They are proud and passionate Basques who can recommend what we see in the region. Breakfast was lovely including local Basque cheese, ham & jam. The only place to stay in Biarritz in my opinion. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Le Garage. The location was fantastic - peaceful and out of the hubbub of downtown but still very walkable to all the restaurants and nightlife. The room was much more spacious and well appointed than we had expected - we loved all the furnishings, and especially the comfortable bed. The bed had both down and synthetic pillows so you could choose your support. The staff was absolutely phenomenal - everyone was welcoming, thoughtful, attentive. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay - the staff addressed it immediately in the evening, and fully resolved first thing in the morning. They even left a box of chocolates in apology - not necessary but very kind. The breakfast was delicious. 10 out of 10 would stay here again."

"Great check in with very warm welcome. The location is perfect and the hotel very attractive and comfortable. Our bed was comfortable and the room exactly as expected. The wash basin in the bathroom is stylish but irritating - we didn’t like it! It was very quiet in our room despite being just below the roof bar and having a view of the ocean. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of food. We had a drink on the rooftop one night and in the lounge another night and enjoyed both. Biarritz is attractive and we enjoyed the visit. We stayed three nights and our hotel choice made the stay very enjoyable."

"We stayed at the château for two nights at the very end of June, in the Coriandre room—and it was absolutely fantastic! The property itself is nestled on gorgeous, expansive grounds with manicured gardens, a lovely swimming pool, and an ambiance that feels both timeless and delightfully welcoming. We arrived past midnight after a long drive from Segovia, but thanks to the clear and thoughtful check-in instructions we received earlier in the day, everything went smoothly. We had no trouble finding parking or accessing our room. The room was stunning—beautifully styled and equipped with everything we needed, from a hair dryer to a portable fan that came in handy on warm nights. Every detail was considered to make guests feel at ease and at home. It was truly a bittersweet moment when it came time to leave. We would love to return and spend more time soaking in the peace and magic of this unforgettable place. "

Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space "

"It was a nice room and clean overall. Staff are also friendly. AC is also very strong which is needed during the European heatwave. The best thing about the hotel is the location which is in the centre and walkable to all the major attractions. However, the rooms are a little old fashioned and need some renovation. I also didn’t like the fact that the reception isn’t staffed between 9pm till the next morning. Between those hours you have to enter via the night entrance at the back - this is a little eery even at 10pm and stepping into the dark staircase. I wish I had known this beforehand. Overall okay experience, especially as I was only there for 1 night anyway."

"Good location for beaches, sea swimming, surfing etc and a 20minute ish walk gets you into town with lots of restaurants and nice shops. Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was modern and clean. We only had breakfasts and they were very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and lots more."

"Stayed for 3 nights Thursday to Sunday in June. Apartment was nice but no air con which was an issue due to temperature and had to keep window open at night for cooler air, so had trouble sleeping due to noise from outside (club was nearby) Everything included in apartment - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and full oven and hob with all utensils and cutlery etc. The floor we were on (first floor) was the only one with no balconies, which wasn't what we were expecting, so if you want a balcony you should request that when booking Reception is only open in morning until 12.00pm then from 2.00pm-5.00pm and closed completely on Sundays, which may be problematic for some. I'd stay again but on a higher floor, and preferably with AC"

"Our 3rd stay at the apartment complex which we like. This time we had the breakfast. The downside was that the room where it was served was too small and cluttered. The solarium is a wasted space without sunbeds"
