"Top-level staff and service with excellent bar and restaurant at a hotel overlooking the beach and the ocean. If you don't like the lullaby of the ocean waves, the profound beauty of the sea, or sunset dinners on your balcony, stay across the street and down the block where you can listen to the cars pass by. I have stayed at this hotel several times and absolutely loved it. The rooms are comfortable and most have recently been renovated(closet, cupboards, small fridge and desk). "

"I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water."

"Beautiful hotel with lovely view and big clean rooms but pool was not in use when we visited in early June and there was no where to sit out in the sunshine to enjoy the views. Dournanez was rather tired and shabby and spoiled by masses of graffiti everywhere. Such a shame."

"Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300. "

"We had a lovely week in this accommodation. The apartment was well equiped (but no conventional oven just a combi microwave) but tonnnes of plates glasses pans and a full fridge. The location is just a 5 min walk from the beach, shops and restuarants and there is parking either over ground (free) or underground (paid - think it is $8). There is a pool which was open all day. We loved the area and enjoyed the sunsets which were stunning. There is a Carrefour at the edge of town for any shopping. One down side was the internet which was almost non existant. This is just a watch out in case its important to you. We went to reception as signal was very strong there as had to send some work emails. All in all this really is a lovely family friendly place. Its got limited facilities besides the pool but as its so well placed you can find these on the doorstep. Thanks to the managent and staff for a lovely stay"

"The best bits were the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The bed which was very comfy. The breakfast which was very good. The location which was quiet, had lots of parking and was an easy 30 minute walk to Quimper old town. Perfect for an overnight stay. The not so great bits were we couldn't get wifi anywhere in the hotel. The room was very very small. The bathroom needed a good clean."

"Très bon acceuil à la réception, l'hotesse nous explique bien la fonctionnemnt hôtel/restauration et nous acompagne jusqu'à l'ascenseur. Puis, qu'elle superbe vue de notre chambre d'un excellent confort. Juste un léger ''bémol'' l'endrement de la douche aurait besoin d'un p'tit coup de rénovation. A part ça ce fut un excellent séjour avec ma très jolie épouse. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel. Michel FONTAINE"

"We stayed in a family room and were pleasantly surpised at how large it was and that there were two bedrooms. We checked in late, so used the check in machine and everything was pin operated. We would stay here again for a clean, comfortable stay"

"This was a two night stay during a 10 day holiday in France. The hotel quality in all respects was excellent. The spa was enjoyable with an excellent range of facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The locality is wonderful close to the old city and lovely coastal walks. Recommended!"
