Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. The furniture and decoration was pretty old and odd, we found few bugs around the place as spiders and earwigs (insects) between the pillows of the terrace. The pillows of the bed were pretty uncomfortable. But was ok to stay there for one night. Nice and friendly personal. "

"I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the venue in which I was there to attend. I was pleasantly surprised by Victor who was very helpful. As for the room, I am used to a much bigger space, but I know German hotels are typically much more conservative, so it was what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! It would have been nice to have an extra towel (people with long hair need 2 towels), but it was not a big deal.
