It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "

"We had a great week at this Tyrollean hotel. We were very pleased with our large room which had a comfortable sitting area as well as a balcony with views over the mountains. "This was our first ski trip to Europe. The manager Sandra and her staff made for a wonderful experience. Our room was large and comfortable. Although it was immediately over the bar/restaurant, the hotel quieted down completely by about 10:15 each night. Breakfasts were amazing and we had dinner at the Seebichl twice. The food was excellent and the menu changed significantly between nights. My partner was able to find non-meat and non-dairy options both nights. We took the ski shuttle to and from town and were especially grateful that the hotel made an extra effort to find and rush a phone to us that we left behind as we were rushing to catch a train. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently.
