"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."

"Stayed here for four nights with my son. The front desk service we received from Felipe was top notch! He was so polite and gave us a wonderful welcome. He went over all the amenities and was so helpful when we had questions. The staff in the spa were wonderful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to return for another visit soon! "

"This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. "La propiedad es muy linda y bien equipada, si bien esta lejos del centro y se necesita auto paea moverse (esta dentro de un barrio cerrado). El check in y out fue sin contacto. Yo tenia muy mala señal y eso fue un problema para comunicarme porque no tenia las instrucciones del check in antes de llegar. Igual, todo muy bien. La vista hermosa!!!"
