"This was a bit pricey but we got way more in return. Our room was facing the lake with balcony. Excellent location and hotel provides free bus passes during guest stay which is great especially with the bus stop right by the hotel exist when using their free Funicular. Breakfast was great but we ate out the rest. Our bed was the most comfortable since our stay in Europe the last 10 days. "
"We had a great experience even for a short stay! Joyce, Hugo & Alex are very friendly. They welcomed us with a big smile. Even though the room is small it has everything we need. It is nice that there is a free pass for bus rides for all the travelers. Very close to the main train station and bus stop is a walk away to/from hotel. "Stayed in the honeymoon suite with our two boys and parents and there was plenty of room however only one shower. The location is excellent - centrally located and very walkable. Hotel staff was nice and facility was clean. My mom was very happy to have fresh towels every day without asking. No AC and temperatures in the 80's, so an extra oscillating fan would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, although quite hot due to the weather and no AC. Despite being near a main road it was quiet, although deliveries to a nearby business was quite loud on a couple of mornings. The single room I had was a good size but the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was amazing with a great continental selection. The staff at the hotel were extremely informative when I checked in and very friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and Old Town. There is also good public transport connections nearby."
