"We arrived late, were told we couldn’t decide on breakfast in the morning it was on arrival or not at all. We were kept awake by people chatting and running up and down the corridor. When we eventually went to sleep we were woken at 7am by someone banging on our door looking for someone. Not impressed. Couldn’t wait to leave. It was also in the middle of an industrial estate"

Rooms were a bit small for 3 people but still comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but left feeling like we should come back to this hotel/city at some point in the future.

Loved my stay here. Had Table D'Hote one night, it was excellent and lovely to talk to the hosts who were very friendly and helpful.

This quiet little corner of Carcassone was so close to the walled city, yet was beautiful to stay at, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was a fantastic spot to cool off in the afternoon.
