Airco is desactivated intentionally, in the bathroom only a big shampoo bottle, no mini bar, not even a bottle of water (you can buy one at the bar sir, for the price of 3€ for 50cl), no coffee machine in the room, in the hall behind the lift you can read the message : please prefer the stairs ... Where does this happen? In Baqueira sir, the top location for skiing in Spain!!!"

"Great property and beautiful surroundings in the prettiest villages you will find. The staff were great and polite but beware if you are there in the hot summer. There is no AC so the rooms can get pretty hot. The pools is also not heated in the summer and can it is quite frigid."

The shared bathroom was ok, but the toilet stalls were made from plywood and everything seemed to be done on a budget. All this would have been fine since the price matched the amenities, but it didn't. We found an amazing hotel (with an electric charge station!) in a neighboring town at a lower price.
