"Our stay was amazing, the western style restaurant (with japanese flavours) was incredible both nights we tried it. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The views of mount fuji from the room and onsen were breathtaking and it was lovely to stroll around the island. We will be sure to return next time we are in japan, this is a truly special place"

The room is big but was surprised there was no shower room only toilet and powd er room but it’s ok too because we did shower and hot bath at the big onsen which they have. The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. "
