"They originally refused to let me cancel 4 days prior to my arrival due to their cancellation policy and 3rd party (Expedia) booking rules. Then 3 hours before check-in I get a call that they overbooked with the “LegoLand” partnership and had to move me to another hotel. Very disappointed that I couldn’t not cancel when I needed too, but when it was convenient for them I had to change my plans and accommodate them as well as stay in a completely different hotel. I will say La Quinta was amazing!...
