There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. I had to put together the bed for my son and guests are required to take their trash out and wash their dishes"

My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had.
