"Quick overnight stay. Very quiet area. Walkable. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Parking is tight but we parked on th ere street overnight and it was right next to the hotel. Area is very walkable and plenty of restaurants within a half mile. "

"We only stayed one night while passing through the area, but I truly wish we had stayed longer. This hotel is absolutely stunning, set on beautiful, peaceful grounds that immediately put you at ease. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil — perfect for relaxing and recharging. Our room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the little details, like the Rituals cosmetics and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly. The lovely staff even brought a little bags of treats to our room for our dogs, which was such a thoughtful touch. Each room has its own private terrace, which made the stay feel even more special. This place is a real gem, and I’m definitely saving it for future trips to France. Highly recommended! "

"Easy location and comfortable stay for one night to attend Jazz à Vienne. Was able to work easily for the afternoon from the desk in the room. Small room but had everything needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful too."

"Really loved our stay at this property! Spacious room and love balcony. Small hotel that was perfect for our family and the area was wonderful to walk around and explore. The spa was a lovely bonus although we didn’t realize it wasn’t a service spa until our last day so we weren’t able to use it as much. We also didn’t realize we had to reserve for the restaurant and weren’t able to eat there one of the evenings, but got pizza from across the street and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. Also great black out blinds! "

The location was perfect, very easy to go out and explore Vienne, we had a great time seeing jazz around the city at night, a magical experience."

"Top quality hotel. We arrived early, but they were super helpful and polite. We had a lunch reservation and that was a terrific meal for a reasonable price. The room was clean, loved the towels and linens. Parking available in their own little lot but it’s a tight turn in from the street."

"It was a very pleasant place to stay in the Northern Rhone near vineyards in Crozes Hermitage and also very convenient for visiting Tain which is only ten minutes away. "

"The room was tired, not clean. Curtains fell down during the night, Towels, pillows, bed linen all need renewing. The air vent on the wall in the toilet was really dirty, no ledges or skirtings had been cleaned or even dusted to the edges. The sink in the bathroom, would not let the water out. With difficulty I got the plug out and wished I hadn’t, it was black and full of hair. I really don’t think this is 3 stars standard. It would be interesting to know what year this was awarded. The patron Vincent was accommodating in a very relaxed manner. We did decide to eat there but attitude well okay I have veal, okay beef then. To start tomatoes and mozzarella or charcuterie. That’s it take it or leave it. Have you a menu NO. Breakfast was an expensive mistake. On top of €100 entrance fee, the okay evening meal, 4 beer one wine, 2 mediocre breakfasts was another €100 . I would have told him but he was not there next morning. So decided to tell you. I do hope you pass the comments on in full, with a little more attention to detail he could aspire to 3 stars quite easily. Sue and David Moore"
