"We stayed as a family with 2 kids. I was misled by the word ‘Spa’ in the name. There is no spa. These are cheaply renovated apartments. Very much low end. Luckily we only stayed 1 night."

"Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people. "

"There’s a construction behind the building. We asked for towels for shower twice and they never changed it during our 3 night stay .. they gave us hand towels instead .. the pillows were not comfortable "

"Lovely modern styling in a collection of ancient buildings. Very attentive staff who speak good English. Limited parking so may well have to drop luggage and park elsewhere. Hotel is right in the little Venice area surrounded by medieval streets and great restaurants."

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "

"Very clean and walkable to old town. Good price and quality for the room. Free on site parking. Toilet in bathroom right next to the wall so a little bit uncomfortable to use. Otherwise, highly recommend. "

"This hotel is what it is .. budget property on the edge of town. Rooms are functional and small. There is a bar and restaurant on site - don’t pay the ridiculous amount they want for breakfast. The challenge is that it seems to be understaffed - we had to wait a long time with no one around for check in - and staff were surly and unhelpful."

"Nice hotel and lovely food and pleasant staff , but having to wait two hours for check in is a blimin joke , I know it said check in at 4pm but if the room is ready why hold on until exactly one minute past four ( a bit power mad ) if you ask me , defiantly won’t be back at this hotel "
