Amazing Aquapark, I didn't see any similar in size and variety like this one actually it has all what you can imagine, great fun for adults, kids and infants. Great Buffet with lots of varieties and new dishes every day. The beach bus service is very convenient and the beach is a lot of fun with clean crystal water and a nice coral reef with an amazing collection of fish. I recommend it 100% and will love to come back again for sure"

"When you get to your room do an inspection, head to the main lobby and give them a list of items to clean /fix. Service is great, they just need guidance on cleaning The reef and cabana area more than makes up the room issue. Unbelievable snorkeling - I am a week swimmer and loved it. Hope it does not turn into a resort like the complex next door. "One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!"

"Place was comfy, beach was amazing, sandy beach very suitable for children. The restaurant manager Mr.Ahmed Mahmoud is very friendly and helpful man who always make sure that nothing else is needed and he is very good with kids. Bar staff are very polite and helpful. Animation was good. Food tastes good as well but need to have more varieties."

"We are a family of four and went with another couple. We had such a great time, the property is small but immaculate, everything from the rooms, the pool and the grounds were so well kept. It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm. A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun. We loved this property but the best thing is the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. We will be back! "

"well , I do not know what to say regarding my last vacation at Zen , but I was really sad that days passed When i was leaving , but I am planning on making this my go to destination for Hurghada as I enjoyed the Welcoming staff and the amazing atmosphere they added throughout my stay. and I would like to thank Hikmat , Thomas for their beyond expertise dealing professionally with all the people around us. Also , I would like to thank the night manager who assisted to arrange a Taxi ride at a convenient price for us evading us going through issues with drivers. The place is very calm , serene and beyond beautiful."

"Prior to arrival, my experience was only ok as I had trouble reaching them; however upon arrival, every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine. Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable. "
