"After arriving and checking in, we ordered a meal in the dining room by the swimming pool as a couple with 4 children. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas for the children to share. It took nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive!!! Very poor service for such a simple meal from the menu.
The room was well appointed and comfortable.
We booked 2 packet breakfasts as we were due to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were so disappointed... 3 small slices of watermelon and some warm flatbread. Nothing...

"There was amazing air con every time we walked into the room we almost got to cold when we arrived the the room was spotless and also offer's to clean your room at any point during your stay the bar and all the restraunts were outstanding with amazing food and drink.they also had a lovely view overlooking the beach and you could go and enjoy a day on the beach then staff at Diani sea resort were absolutely incredible they always were up for fun in joyful way ,they were extremely kind and helpful and always put as much time and effort as they can with a positive energy they also go out of their way to make really fun activities for both adults and kids. Overall this place was absolutely AWESOME 👍"

"It was perfect, nice clean rooms and property, nice amenities and friendly staff.
Except the gym attendant, he was rude, he just continued to watch TV, when we came in, no hi or anything. When I was going to sanitize the equipment I wanted to use , he yelled at me and asked me what am I doing, claiming all the equipments are clean. I didn't even know he works there till he started confronting me."
