"Amazing ocean view and super accomodating staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, it was very relaxing and pleasant. Literally steps away from the beach and the pool area is a short 5 min walk. The QBO Restaurant is delicious as well!"

"Room was clean, beds were comfortable, tv etc all worked. Close to the beach, but the path down was pretty rough. The free minigolf was great. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Cons - parking was an issue if there are too many trucks. People smoking pot by the roadside were annoying, the smell keeps being blown towards the hotel. The room could do with some more clothes hooks and a bigger mirror. But overall, very happy with our stay."

"Our 2nd time here. Kids had a blast with the waterpark, minigolf was fun. We have stayed in both the studio and the 2 bedroom suites and glad both have private patios for when the kids go to sleep. Definately will be coming back "
"We enjoyed staying at this property with a beautiful ocean view. The room was very clean and it came with a kitchen which was great for saving money on meals out. The location was excellent as it was a short drive from local shops, and exploring places like Parkville and Coombs. The service here was welcoming and friendly. Our room opened onto the lower grassy courtyard which had a lovely pond and was family friendly. The area felt safe with no annoying partiers or smokers to interfere with the enjoyment of our stay. We especially enjoyed viewing the beautiful evening sunsets. "

"Riding Fool Hostel never disappoints. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Rooms and washrooms are clean and well stocked.
The only issue we had, given the warm seasonal temperatures, was that the rooms were uncomfortably hot at night. Fans were available however, they were not quite enough to keep the air flowing.
Maybe an unreasonable suggestion but a vent at bottom of door and top of door frame would likely assist in drawing in the air-conditioned air from the common areas.
