They made sure to calmly go over some options for my family. We had a family loft room booked and they upgraded us to a larger accommodation that would be comfortable for myself and my four kids. House keeping came to our cabin each day to freshen up. The kids loved the outdoor pool, even though it was nothing special. We love the grounds of the resort and the lodge, even though it is old, it has a lot of character. "
