"Hotel was very clean. However, they do not have a place to sstore luggage pre- or post-check-in so you have to take it 3 blocks up hill to the companion hotel. There is also no airconditioning and no windows to open. Our room was warm and stuffy so we slept with the outside door (second floor!) open. Good location in town and very clean. Not wild about remote hotel staff conact only. call me old fashioned."

"We had a wonderful time at this spotless and charming inn on Orcas Island. The breakfasts were fantastic; they didn't repeat a meal during our week-plus stay. Hosts were charming, informative and fun to talk to, as were the other guests."

"The room was just as it was described and was very comfortable. The only issue was that although the place was the neighbor on the floor above us got up at 3:45 and walked back and forth for 45 minutes making it very hard to sleep. "

"The room was huge with 2 bedrooms a kitchen and the diningeoom. Check in was easy and they got us in early. It was a nice stay but the room could use a deep cleaning. You could tell the cleaned the general spots but the blinds were dirty, the bathroom looks like it could use a fresh coat of paint and they could add a second AC split the livingroom and dining room got warm early, and the only split was in the primary suite. It was spacious though which really was great!"

"Great place with kitchenette. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. The only negative is that there is no elevator available. We had suitcases that we needed help with; the person at the front desk helped when we checked in; when we checked out, we had to carry them down ourselves. It was difficult; so that part of the stay was hard. Thank you for a nice place to stay in the heart of anacortes."

"PERFECT PLACE for parents or visitors of enlisted sailors at Whidbey. This place is 7 minutes from base and it is charming and comfortable. the staff are sweet and helpful and the place really is lovely. For those coming to see wildlife and such, it is so close to everything while feeling removed enough to be soooo relaxing. Skyler, who works at the front, is so kind and helpful, and housekeeping is pleasant and warm. The bed was so comfy that i passed right out after arriving. Thank you for taking care of me @Auld Holland Inn!"
"The only thing I didn't like was there were 2 hot tubs. I was broken and the other was not really that warm. Other than the hot tubs I loved the hotel and the staff. Breakfast was good and very nice rooms."

There is a lot to explore on SJI so you should only be in the room to shower sleep and make love lol it’s fine for all of those things.) "
