"The check in procedure is vis a kiosk. I arrived an hour early to check in time. After starting the process I was told there was a $20 charge. This property also charges $10 for booking thru Hotels.Com. The room was fine but after the excessive fees, I could have stayed at a nicer property was the same price."

I called the hotel and talked to someone at the front desk—her name was Zimia (I think that’s the right spelling). She said when I checked in the next day, I should just ask for her and she’d figure something out for me. I was super grateful because she put me a lot more at ease. I ended up arriving after her work hours, but just being reassured by her really helped. It made my whole SpringHill stay a lot more positive!"
