"This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. Passing through when we encountered staff of any sort, they were very friendly and cheerful. The property was located right as you got off the highway. Couldn’t be more perfect! We totally recommend this property. We’ll be back again probably this fall."

"Great location and value and airport shuttle. Staff at check in and check out were friendly, professional and made sure my 4:30am shuttle was reserved and updated me on arrival. Good dining options to walk to although it is a major road without sidewalks. Still worked well! "

"An easy walk to the pink lot to pick up the walking trail to the concert venue. On site restaurant is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Seriously. Nice upgrades to the hotel. "

"Comfortable stay"

"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese. The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September. A humongous thank you to all the staff members for making our trip a memorable one. Warm welcomes always make any trip an amazing trip. "

"The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area .."

"I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin. Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay. Check in and out very smooth. The included breakfast had a decent variety for families (eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bagels). A bit disappointed that the pancake machine had ran out of batter and wasn't refilled during the 30-40 minutes our family was in the breakfast room but the staff did keep the self service area clean and everything else seemed well stocked. This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton but it would now be top of my list of options to consider on future trips."

"The place was modern and clean. The room was large and the beds were comfortable and met our needs for maintaining our electronic devices. I didn't feel like I had to inspect the beds before sitting on them. The shower curtain was ripped and should have been replaced before we arrived."

"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced. "

"I messed up and scheduled a day short for my stay. The general manager was beyond friendly and helped me get another room, even though they were booked it wasn’t the same room, but at least it was a room in the hotel and I didn’t have to change hotels. I will definitely be staying here from now on"
