"The staff is super excellent. The hotel is new and clean. They need a few things in the rooms, such as a full-size mirror, a computer desk for some of us who work in the rooms, and an ironing board.
You need to eat at the hotel's restaurant, lunch and dinner only. The mofongo is awesome, and the pastries are 5 stars! I highly recommend the cheesecake."
"We had a great day at Turtle Bay Inn. Our check in process was very easy and we did not have to wait at all. The customer service was amazing and we got to check into our room a little bit early. This place is in walking distance from a ton of restaurants live music and a street market. We scheduled a bioluminescent sunset boat tour and were able to walk to the meeting place. A+++++ 10/10 rating! "
"It's the perfect place to retreat from the noisy city, it's peaceful. Good and tough walking trails, river, waterfalls, and a river creek. Please pet Luna, it's a lovely cat."
"Easy checkin. I saw reviews about parking, but they give a great explanation where the lots were located and how to validate. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Located in the central area, walkable to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars."
Buena agua caliente, buen a/c!!!
Siii
"
"The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. There is a food supply kitchen in the building with pans being banged around loudly until around 10pm. I don't know if it was a special weekend or not. But, there was a festival of some sort from Friday through late Saturday night in the six blocks or so from the plaza across the street. The crowded one way streets were a hassle to navigate even with Google maps. The key and parking fob instructions were confusing as they assumed we knew we were accessing lock boxes on the exterior of the building instead of a keypad near the door. Beds are well worn and sagging. Demand hot water heater needed turned on to the max and then ran for about 8 minutes at the shower to get warm. Hot just about the time you finish your shower. "
