Broken items and clutter visible (piled up against the inside of room windows facing the street). Lots of people wandering through the parking lot who did not appear to be guests. Family did not feel that we or our vehicle would be secure overnight. We decided to drive on another 10-15 minutes to find hotel for the evening. "

"From no AC initially (I had to plug in the unit myself and it never cooled to our desired temperature all night long) to a filthy tub leaking brown water nonstop to an unstable toilet to a broken elevator to a nasty pool to a severely lacking breakfast to broken fixtures in the room, it was a bad stay. The staff was very unhelpful the entire stay. I was relieved to leave. I have never left a 1 star review before, but this was truly horrible."

"This was a very quiet hotel. The room was very nice and very clean. The room was spacious with a microwave, fridge and a coffee pot. The hotel had washer and dryer if you need to wash your clothes. IThe hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Memphis. There is breakfast evey morning. There was no pool in case you eant to swim."
"This property is a hidden gym in the middle of a very unkempt Area. The roadways are horrible, there’s very few amenities in the area, there was essentially no staff visible to assist, and the expectation appeared to be to do everything remotely by Internet. The room was comfortable and clean, but had no refrigerator or microwave. The shower was awesome with adequate water pressure, the self dispensers were fine. The CIty Of Memphis would do well to improve the roads around this property and the hotel company should add visible personnel to make the experience more practical. It would also be great if amenities like the pool didn’t close at 8 PM."
