"Nice hotel with pretty location on the Charles. Has a nice area to sit outside at night with a glass of wine. In the morning a nearby park was great for a run along the river. "

"It is a very family friendly hotel. the rooms are clean but small but the central area on the ground floor has plenty of comfortable places to work or eat. And there is a foosball table for kids. "

"This is one of the cutest boutique hotels I’ve ever been to and the front desk, staff in the morning, during the day, and late at night we’re all equally stellar. The grab and go water, the wonderful assortment of hot teas, and the fancy Nespresso machine was an added bonus. The next time I’m in Boston, I will absolutely stay here again."

"Rooms were clean and well stocked but very small.
Location is across the street from the metro so that makes it easy to get a round. Valet parking was perfect. I thought location was a bit off the beaten path but I am new to Boston so wasnt sure where to stay. "

"The hotel was perfect. The location is ideal, it's very clean and updated and the gym was amazing. It had plenty of cardio equipment, a Smith machine, pulleys and lots of free weights. If you like to workout while you travel this is the hotel for you."
"Stayed for the 2nd time for a Fenway concert in July. It's nice and dark and quiet to sleep in and a noontime checkout! It is very clean and convenient location to get to Fenway via Uber."
"Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay.
Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there.
Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well.
Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future."
"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were so friendly. Subway station is right outside the main entrance of the hotel! Would definitely stay again. The rooftop pool was really busy so if you are hoping to get a lounger would recommend going up early. "
"The hotel is great. Dulce was very helpful to guests and her colleagues. The location however is not ideal with drug addicts lingering around, but the hotel has stepped up security and there were always security guards around. "
"Great hotel in a convenient location! We stayed here while visiting colleges in the area. Although maps estimated a 15-minute drive into Boston, it actually took closer to 30 minutes using Lyft. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and offered paid parking. While the on-site bar is permanently closed, there’s a great tavern just five minutes away across the bridge."
"A great stay, especially when the rates in the city are sky high. Comfortable beds maybe bring your own pillow, if you can help it don’t bring your car. "
"We stayed here for a night and were going to a concert at MGM Fenway, it was about a 10 minute walk, but it was flat so pretty easy. The room was super nice and renovated, beds were comfy, lots of lights, mirrors and space which is always essential for 4 girls getting ready! I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "
"Not being able to walk around the bed to get in the opposite side is difficult but it wasn't a big issue.
Having to control everything off of an ipad is novel but I imagine if it was accidentally dropped and damaged it would be a pretty expensive bill. A very delicate and expensive remote control isn't something I would choose but you are pretty much forced to use it."
"Beautiful clean hotel within walking distance to many shops and restaurant right next door . Great breakfast included would definitely stay there again . "
"The staff, especially those in housekeeping, were so diligent and hardworking. They made sure supplies were always restocked and the room was clean. Breakfast services from 6am-11am provided ample time for guests. We would definitely stay here again."
"While the room was very small, appreciated the efficiency of the space, every detail was thought of with typical amenities found in a traditional size room. As it was just me in the room, the size wasn’t a problem. Could not see how more than 1 person would be comfortable. "
"Loved the historical aesthetic and the central location - everything we wanted to see and experience was either in walking distance or a short subway ride."
"Enjoyed our stay here, centrally located to most attractions, easy to walk to most places, dining, shopping nearby. Friendly and warm reception each day from staff members. Room was adequate, clean and stocked. Check in and check out was amazingly seamless. We did enjoy the filtered water bottle station in the common area of the floor, hotel provided reusable bottles and tops or you could use your own. Great stay, would recommend. "
