Her service alone saved our stay- we booked a room through hotels.com for 5 people, and to our understanding, we would be staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. This was not the case. Hotels.com did not properly list the accomodations at this property. As a result, the hotel staff was left to pick up the pieces. Fortunately, we were lucky and the outstanding staff and management quickly accommodated our needs. Super impressed with this team and will return solely because of the customer service we received! Will not be booking through hotels.com again...."
"Our stay at the Citrus Suites was really great & comfortable! Great room & very comfortable bed. The staff was very kind & allowed us to check in a little early then check out a little late. The free breakfast was very good & the staff was very attentive to make sure everything was stocked up throughout the morning. The only complaint we have is that the walls are very thin. We could always hear people in the hallway & when anyone enters/leaves their room on our floor. Other than that it was a great stay. "

"I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but this place was worth noting a few things. I’ve stayed at the Thompson cape in Cabo before and wasn’t sure how this would stack up. It’s not quite as stunning but A+ overall. Property is super new and modern. Room was clean and spacious. We had the balcony “walk up” room that was facing west. I wasn’t sure if walk up meant a first floor “balcony” aka a porch that you can walk up to. Glad it wasn’t. It just means you have to walk up some stairs to get to the room. We had a great balcony overlooking the Main Street and view of the mountains for sunset. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Two pools. One adults only. This place is also dog friendly at no charge which is awesome since we had the dog with us. We got late check out at 1p and were lagging a little. They extended until 2p at no charge. Obviously this is circumstantial and it’s not peak season but still nice. I’ve been at hotels that charge no matter how slow they are. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come back. "
