"We stayed here on our way to Crater Lake National Park. The Woodsman Country Lodge was wonderful, very cozy and friendly. Quirky, definitely not like your cutout hotel chain experience. We loved it.
Cute small country town, next to a locals hang out tavern, was inviting and humble. "

"It was safe, clean and updated. Not glamorous or special, but it satisfied the basic needs. Designated parking is a plus but the lot is pretty tight. Management was very helpful as I considered extending my stay. The city itself is high-priced so the room is likely on target in this market, but for me it felt like a pretty steep price for what you get. I'd stay again. "

"Amazing, friendly staff. Went above and beyond helping me with booking issues. Highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, decent little breakfast, wheelchair access to bottom floor through back side of building. "

"Staff was super friendly and very hard-working. The pool better saw a little green on the bottom but other than that breakfast was excellent and room was comfortable."
"Nicely decorated. Very very clean. Comfy bed with multiple soft pillows. Im room coffee maker was a big plus to me. AC and WiFi functioned well. Staff and management had great customer service skills. Motel West is priced right for me.
I highly recommend this Motel."
"We booked a night here before the start of a business trip and loved it. Beautiful room, quiet, close to everything and loved the pool party and vibe of the place. We will not be staying anywhere else but here for our future trips. "
"This is an outdoor adventure hotel.. it's set in beautiful surroundings next to a national park
There are walking trails into the park, and they rent both electric bikes or regular bikes.
In the winter they are very close to Mt Bachelor , so any winter sport is acceptable as well.
The cute cabins are very clean and have hammocks so extra people can stay! All in all, i will definitely stay here again!"

"A little run down looking on outside but inside has been updated. Comfortable bed and sheets. Unfortunately sheets on one of beds seemed a little dirty. They brought new sheets which I had to change myself. Good for the price. Basic breakfast with a couple cereals and fruits and boiled eggs, oatmeal and muffins options."
"The room was spacious. We arrived and there were no towels and only a 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. We went back to the front desk and asked for towels and were told they were out except for a couple floor towels. We took those for hand towels and they said there will be more in the morning. In the morning, we called and they said they had more towels, but we had to come and get them because of staffing. The toilet and shower had black mold and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, the room could be cleaner and better stocked, but served its purpose. "
