"The hotel is pretty and right on the lake. Good walking distance to restaurants & shops in downtown Geneva. The pool is very tiny; at first sight it was mistaken as a hot tub. Service at the restaurant was slow, I'd recommend walking to a nearby restaurant. We were excited to see a washer & dryer on the 2nd floor, but the washer wasn't working. "

We had a disability room (hearing impaired) and it was huge. Perfect for all of our gear and allowed us to eat healthy in the room."

"Location of this property is magnificent! Lakefront views and terraces make it a stellar option. Property offers plenty of outdoor seating to absorb the scenery with access to a public dock, pier and dangerously close proximity to an ice cream shop next door. Easy walking access to the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area.
Our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Really wished we'd brought our bikes to take advantage of the bike/walking trail that went past the hotel along the lake.
All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area.
