"The rooms and bathrooms are well kept and look very nice which I appreciated. Unfortunately it's on a busy street, it's exrremely noisy with the windows open and still noisy with the windows closed, the AC didn't work so it was stuffy, and the walls are very thin -- we could hear the other rooms guests with clarity. "It was a good stay, but they advertise their rooms as sound proofed. This couldn’t be further away from the truth. All night I heard the rooms around me like they were right next to me. There was shouting in the hallways until past midnight. It was really loud. Other than that, the staff was perfect, in every way. I just think they shouldn’t advertise as soundproof. "

It is super safe, quiet and the suites are really comfortable for extended stay The staff has always been helpful and any request has been granted. The breakfast is really great. One suggestion: the Chef and Management can work on revamping the menu in the restaurant. It has been the same and gets little boring. Besides that strongly recommend.
