Ancak yeni odamızda klima ile ilgili sorun olustu bildirdiğimizde sorunumuzu anında cözümlediler."

"I stayed one night at this hotel. First of all, the room was very spacious, clean, and stylish, with a pleasant atmosphere. All the expected amenities of a good hotel were available. The food and minibar prices were reasonable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the environment was completely quiet and peaceful at night. It was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this place again. "

"Nice property. A comfortable room, big enough for me. Quiet atmosphere. A bit of loud music from a bar next to the hotel but that ended early enough. Friendly and helpful staff. I wish breakfast hours would have been displayed in the lobby or explained at check in, as some of missed it the first day. The surrounding area had plenty of dining options. "

"Very nice hotel with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly, and the free parking was a bonus. The indoor swimming pool was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back!"

"From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, and everything seemed to be going perfectly at first. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we were genuinely disappointed to find that the minibar was not complimentary. After paying 14,000 TL for the room, it felt disheartening that such services weren’t included. Since we had forgotten our phone cable in the car, we requested an iPhone charger. The charger that was sent to us turned out to be a fake, and it didn’t work at all. Because it was late at night, we only realized the issue in the morning and informed the reception. Charging us 600 TL for using a 5W fake charger was shocking. At the very least, we should have been told it wasn’t an original product. Additionally, we noticed that there were no alcoholic beverages in our minibar. We only realized this when the front desk asked if we had used anything from the minibar. When we inquired, the staff told us that the alcohol was removed from the minibar for the next guest. That explanation surprised us, as we would have expected alcoholic options to be available in our room during our stay. This was our first time staying at a Marriott, and having so many issues pile up left us quite disappointed. Unfortunately, these experiences took away from what could have been a truly pleasant stay."

"We stayed 3 nights . We were checked in early which was very much appreciated as we had been travelling all night. The room had a fridge , modern bathroom and good aircon. Theres a room service app that we didnt use but would be excellent if you stopped in. Large windows giving fantastic views of the mosque. Helpful staff , decent breakfast . Would reccomend it. Great price as well. A 3rd of what we would pay in the uk. "

"Lovely service by the vallet. Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. Adequate gym for leisure trip. A fun Scottish pub that we visited for dinner. Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the pub chips and garlic sour cream dipping sauce. A lovely spread on the 5th floor terrace for breakfast. Things that could've been better - no newspaper. Pool didn't open until 11am.... unable to visit before leaving. The AC was not very good at keeping up with the hot temperatures throughout the afternoon. "

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park."

"This was a cute hotel that is situated just south of the main Ankara downtown area. Its one street over from the largest Mosque - Kocatepe Camii. The rooms are simple, clean and functional. The staff was very attentive, with a special mention to Ozlem who was super accommodating and helping us navigate what the hotel offers. The hotel is close to the metro, close to main busses, and just south of where all the main dining and restaurants is. Such a GREAT location on a nice quiet street in a cute neighborhood. The breakfast for 200TL! That was a STEAL and such a good value for the food we had - a typical Turkish breakfast. "

"Despite the noisy neighborhood, the room was relatively quiet, even at the first floor. We liked that it was easy to take the bus or the subway. There is many food options around. The staff were very helpful and nice."
