"The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible. "
"Wow, stunning hotel. Outside looks like a standard hotel but inside was amazing. Room overlooked the bar and restaurant area, couldn’t hear any noise from them though. Spacious room, really comfortable bed, super clean. Concierge gave excellent restaurant and places of interest to visit. Very close to the train station. Plenty of different food options for Breakfast. Would recommend."

"We had a very nice two night stay at the Waterside Cabins. It was impeccably clean, very quiet, well equipped and super comfortable beds! Public transport into Gothenburg and out to the islands was very easy. We hopped about all over the place on buses, trams and ferries and had a really great stay. We would return! Thankyou! "Amazing hotel, yeah its old but it's clean and it includes a decent and healthy breakfast. Coffee is trash but who cares, service is polite and friendly, room is spacious and bathroom is ok. If you're not very pretentious this is what you need wjen visiting Goteborg, it's very conveniently located. It even has a sauna and a gym, though the gym is a bit outdated and trashy lol. You can even have tasty thai dinner at the hotel's restaurant, it's excellent and cheap."
"We were in Gothenburg for the Gothia Soccer Tournament and really scored on our choice of location for never having been there. This was right at the doors of the amusement park and had easy access to public transportation. We were perfectly located to travel to the many venues for the games. Great breakfast and lots for kids to do. Would recommend for families and stay there again if we are able to return to the soccer tournament. My only complaint was the lack of access to laundry as it was costly and not convenient which made our room pretty smelly after a week of visiting."
"Location can’t be beat! Everything was within a quick walk! Our room was lovely. Staff was great as well! Only downside were the elevators - didn’t seem to work as efficiently as we’d expect. We would stay here again - even with the walk up and down to the 6th floor where our room was. "
"We were really happy with the hotel, location wise it is brilliant with lots of access to the transport system a short 10 minute walk away. Breakfast options were plentiful ( with a few choices for vegans including milks, yoghurts, fruit, cheese etc) and we loved having free tea/coffee/water and cookies always available.
Rooms are a little small but beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. Cleaned regularly and towels replaced.
This was our base for the Gothia Cup which our son was playing in and would definitely recommend it to others for this purpose."
