2. They advertised a recreation room, which was a disaster, the pool table was broken the sticks we too old and broken, they must be 50 yr old and the air hockey table electric connection was broken and there was an open electric wire which could have been hazard for my kids.

Vikrant was so very helpful to us and helped us book our trains and even helped us find a taxi to Agra from Delhi when we failed to secure transport in time. He was simply so caring and helpful. We would have been lost without him! The rooms were so clean.., not a dust or stain anywhere and the bed was comfy and the aircon perfect! This was for my family with 2 adults and 3 kids who stayed in another room in the same floor. Each floor had its own living room/dining area that was beautiful!
