"We spent a lovely weekend here while in Oshawa for an event at Durham College.
The hosts were welcoming and extremely responsive. The breakfasts were amazing and their farm store selling honey, eggs, and dog food is worth a visit.
They do have a large dog that sometimes barks but she never came into the guest area at all."

"Check in was easy - loved that they had a little snack bar kind of place where you could buy snacks and drinks - room was clean - bed was comfy - only recommendation would be upgrading the tv so you could log in to streaming services OR the ability to cast to the tv form your own device, otherwise, everything was fantastic!"

"This is a basic motel, but clean and comfortable. The room instantly made us think "dorm room", sparce. No fridge. There is a communal microwave oven in the common area. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and was quiet. Tge bathroom looked good and functioned well."

Great location right off the 401, so convenient while travelling. Room was surprisingly quiet.

"This place is great to stay. If a management fixes the air conditioning issue and bedroom window lock, this place has no flaws at all. I would definitely gove it 5 star."
"The cable service to the television did not work properly, only 9 channels out of 49 listed on the cable tv chart worked. I needed news on channels like ABC , KTLA, CNN or FOX or a number of others but none of these channels operated. I called the front desk. The agent said she needed to reset the server and would call me back. I waited a 1/2 hour but NO call back. I called again and the same agent said she couldn't fix it and needed to tell her manager tomorrow.

"Great location. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Amazing Hotel staffs!! Especially Stefan! He is very professional, warm, kind and friendly! We had encountered a little hiccups during our stay, Christin was able to help promptly. Stefan went out his way to check on me and my elderly parents and helping us immediately. We will definitely recommend staying this hotel!"
"Great view. Since it’s by the beach, be wary of bugs but otherwise, great! I love the option of paid late checkouts since my partner and I decided to opt for the 3pm one that gave us extra time to enjoy our stay and the views!"
"Cutting the cattails in the ditch at the sound entrance to the property would improve visibility of oncoming traffic. And it's a pretty bare-looking property. There's not much nearby. Some attention to landscaping would help, maybe some trees. It shows the owner cares and is actively trying to attract people.
