The team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially as we were gathering with family who had traveled from various countries for a reunion. Housekeeping was always polite and professional, with a special mention to Arzu, who stood out with her excellent service. Other staff members, including Tsira, Onder, Erding, and Yasin, were equally kind and ensured that our stay was memorable.
The breakfast room was a lovely space to start our day, offering a great variety of options. We also enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool each day, where the facilities were not only clean but luxurious.

"I have been coming to Istanbul regularly and honestly couldn’t believe I hadn’t stayed here before. It is everything you would want in a 5 star hotel — Service was top notch from everyone in the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, house keeping etc..), rooms were big, spacious and clean. Hotel facilities were modern and well kept. The location is very nice in Besiktas — you can walk and taxis are available easily. All in all i would highly recommend! Special thanks to Bulent and Mehmet for their warm welcome."

"Amazing Stay – Great Location and Comfort!
I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Levent Hotel. The location is super convenient—just steps from the Levent metro and with three malls nearby, including one Ozdilek Park mall directly connected to the hotel, which made shopping and dining so easy.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, and the room was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I’d definitely stay here again!"

Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city.
