The hotel staff were great, they had games and activities for young guests—my 10 yr old daughter had daily activities with Santiago, Fatima and Gloria—made it more enjoyable for our family.

"I simply loved the property and access to the beach was literally across the street. Every aspect of the hotel was thoughtfully planned there were so much to do at the property you literally didn’t have to leave if you chose to just relax. "

"Called endlessly, couldn't get in contact with the staff, ran out of battery, ended up having to sleep on the beach, took a nap in the chair in the yard of the lodging the following day, ended up getting sunburnt, waited until 1AM of the next day to check in, was blamed for it. The number of the message I received and both of the numbers on the lodging do not work. Came here to rest and work and didn't even get access to the Internet. Awful staff, avoid at all costs. I will fight for a refund. "
