"The hotel is acceptable for the money you pay but the room I stayed in, was very tired. Lack of electrical sockets to plug in charger for mobile and no kettle. The bathroom was in need of renovation, the radiator was rusty and the tiles on the floor broken. To be fair the staff were excellent and incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. All in all acceptable."

Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly."

There was not alot of snow this year, but most ski slopes have artificial snow canons. For good Skiing you should get a bus (from local terminal) to bialka tatrzanska

"We had a great time in zakopane staying in this hotel, everything was very clean, the staff were very helpful, magdalena was brillaint and very helpful with our booking. "We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us. "
