From the hotel manager, reception desk, the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredible. We had a room facing the water, so it was incredible to look out the windows and clearly see the water and beach. The room was not noisy at all. Breakfast had lots of options and we ate dinner in the hotel almost every night. We already booked this hotel for next year for 10 days."

"Lovely property in safe and quiet area. Direct access to beach, although we did not swim there, but very clean. Room was very spacious and comfortable although lacks natural light. Pool area is very nice with loungers and seating, some in a shaded gazebo. There are books and games available. Breakfast catered for us as vegetarians, fruit and cereals plus cooked options. It is fairly easy and cheap to take an Uber to Umhlanga Beach with its malls, restaurants and bars. The beach is nice and you can hire umbrellas and deck chairs. The promenade is nice to walk and leads to a small nature reserve. We liked the fact we stayed outside the beach area as it was so peaceful."
