"Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. At check in the kitchen was closed but offered to get the chef to make something just for us. Same at breakfast - the server was super attentive and the food cooked to order and excellent. Room was spotless and whilst not the height of luxury very comfortable. If I was to be critical could just do with tea coffee making facilities in the room but everything else spot on. The hotel has a fabulous location with sea views and direct beach access....

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "

Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
