"Spacious modern apartments close to the beach. Best accommodation we have stayed in for the price. The apartments look very new and are beautifully decorated. Only issue would be if you have a car, the road up to the property is narrow and difficult to navigate as cars go up and down all the time but struggle to pass each other. We didnât have this problem thankfully as we were walking. "

"We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for âŹ10-âŹ15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay."
"This is a really nice hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful view, lovely good sized pool. Good breakfast included too.
Itâs just nicely away from the main saranda drag, so you would benefit from having a car to make life easier.
No food served except breakfast, but there are plenty of places close by that do a nice meal.
My only warning. Donât eat in your room!! We had a packet of crisps and there were ants within an hour. They left once we cleaned it all off though. This seems typical to the area.

The hotel is about a 40 min walk from the main promenade in the city, so a rental car is helpful if you donât want to walk long distances.
The location is much quieter than the main city, which suited us well. Several lovely restaurants around and also lots of small supermarkets.
