This hotel is a great place, though there are a few opportunities for improvement as they continue to grow. While it didn’t bother me much, the bathroom is probably the biggest area for improvement: the shower water pressure was extremely low, the tile grout was chipping, and the tissue holder was slowly coming off the wall. I also noticed there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused the mirror to fog up after showers.
Overall, I’m very impressed with the staff, especially the food service, and I loved the easy access to everything—airport, shopping, dining, and more—while avoiding the worst of the city’s traffic."

Not a lot of guests eat like that with a price to match. Overall, the hotel is grand as it should be with perhaps a change in carpet in heavy traffic areas like hallways and function rooms. The hotel is iconic so overall, I would stay here again. And recommend that you do so too!!!"
