"My stay was exceptional. I’ve always stayed at Lagos Continental but this time, it was spectacular. I went with my husband and 2 teenage kids for 8 nights. Our adjoining club rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice amenities. We only ever ate at Ekabo and the food was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone at concierge, especially Samuel, helped to ensure we had our car hire set up and ready for us each day. He even went to the supermarket to get Gatorade for my daughter when she was ill. He assisted us with many sight seeing activities culminating in a wonderful yacht cruise on the Lagoon. He went above and beyond. They had a jazz band at the pool one night when we hanging out with our extended family. The next morning, there was an electric guitar player at the breakfast buffet at Ekabo. We appreciated all these many touches they added that made our stay extra special "

"My family and I had the most unforgettable stay at Park Inn by Radisson in Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria. We had the most amazing welcome by the hotel's Manager Rita, to the meal recommendations by the Chef and server Olowo. We still smile and think back with gratitude to exceptional service and attention to detail, ee received from our server Michael. The kindness and professionalism of Amedu,Oluwayemisi and Dennis at the front desk , the staff that worked so hard to put together an amazing breakfast every morning, always with a smile on their faces and even the doormen and security outside, It all made us feel like we were being treated like royalty. Every single person on staff made all the stress disappear. I can honestly say that this has been the best hotel stay I've ever had. Thank you all so much for all that you do. I hope that Radisson recognizes the amazing team they have there in Nigeria. You represent them well. Thank you again. We will be back!"
"I’m afraid that the customer service could not make up for the sub par experience. The roof started leaking and the bathroom flooded for two out of my three night stay. It was quite gross to have dirty water drip on me and my possessions. My dress was soaking wet as a result and there was no offer to remedy this. Nothing was done except to send a cleaner in to mop the floor. I was played around and given funny excuses by the female receptionists. The hotel also had an issue with my booking when I arrived. I spent one hour in the reception and eventually had to book and pay on site despite having done so via Expedia. "
