"Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic.
Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay.
Personnel very attentive and kind and we felt at home.

"El hotel está lindo, pero el acceso es súper pesado porque está muy muy inclinada la calle y aunque son dos cuadras, cuesta mucho. Sugiero que en la terraza de la alberca pongan más luz porque a mi hermana le picó una abeja y nos costó mucho trabajo poderla atender. En realidad sólo tuve una cama, los otros dos eran sofá cama con un colchón que se hundía a la mitad."

"The property was extremely well maintained. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles in either direction. There is no seaweed problem in Puerto Vallarta! Food options at the hotel are delicious but for a stay longer than 5 days you will likely repeat meals. The Italian "pop-up" pizza and pasta was outstanding. Service was great poolside and at the restaurants."

1. SPAAAAAA, hydro therapy amenities were devine. We went back for seconds
2. Fine Dining! We loved all of the options! My favorite was Bordeaux
3. 6th Floor pool along with Olio restaurant were a dream.
4.COFFEE lovers, there are many options at the Cafe. There you can also pick up quick meal and ice cream anytime of the day
5. Hospitality, every single employee was pleasant and helpful "
