We went down stairs to the bar and booked our table for dinner. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I haven't eaten that well in a long time and I've eaten in some swanky places but food here is terrific! A good choice and wide selection of wine. Our second night was equally...

"Good overall but late check in was a problem as we were not given a room code prior to arrival so had to ring the reservation help line and enter lots of details again. Not good when it’s late and you just want to go to bed. If you book direct with B&B it’s much easier as they automatically send you a check in code prior to arrival. "

Location was very convenient for the motorway although not much else around. The hotel did have a restaurant which only served pizzas (very tasty) although we did notice a pzza delivering to one of the other rooms on our way back to the room. Nice touch having tea/coffee facilites in the room. Free secure parking."

"We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants. Parking is available and can be tight, though they may have options for larger vehicles so make sure to inquire ahead and reserve a spot. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and professional. It really made an impression. Our one breakfast experience was not ideal as there was a constant long queue for 1 coffee machine which blocked several of the food areas. Overall a lovely hotel with stellar staff. "
