"Fantastic hotel! Staff is very friendly, warm and informative with suggestions to help enhance your stay in Basel. The room is quiet and the AC keeps it at a great temperature amid this current heatwave. AC can often be a rare commodity at hotels here and rarer that it actually cools the room. Such a comfortable stay that I extended it!"

"This is a really nice hotel situated a 5 minute downhill walk from the train station and about ten minute slow walk from the centre of town.
Staff were friendly, bedroom and all public areas were immaculately presented and its well situated for a twenty minute walk to the Feldschollsen brewery where you can go on a brewery tour.
I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends travelling through Basel as it is an easy 18minute train drive."

"The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)"

"A very clean, modern, pleasant hotel, a 15 minute walk from the historic center of town with an outstanding staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and cheerful. The price was very reasonable as well."
"Very pleasant stay here. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and more than adequate for my needs, though perhaps a little less than I'd expect for the price.
Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, including crêpes, which was nice. Dinner was also of good quality.
I enjoyed a massage in the spa, the masseuse was friendly and welcoming, despite a bit of a language barrier.

"My daughter and I booked last minute as we got tickets to the Women's Euro Final. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great. The room was of a good size, beds were comfortable and our room had a "book nook" which my daughter absolutely loved.
Only issue I had was the hotel did not receive any messages we sent via expedia. So there was a minor confusion with the room and the need for parking, which the staff sorted for us. Their frustration with expedia was plain and I wouldn't put this against the hotel. Tip here is to email them directly and not via Expedia. "

I absolutely loved my stay at Aparthotel Adagio Access Saint Louis Bâle! The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for three people — we never felt cramped at all. The beds (including the sofa bed) were cozy, and we all slept really well throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook simple meals, which was both convenient and budget-friendly. The entire room, including the bathroom, was very clean and well-maintained — it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The location is excellent. The tram station is just a short walk away, making it super easy to reach Basel and explore the area. There are also shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, which made everything even more convenient.
